At Executive PrintWorks, we take great care to ensure precision and produce high-quality personalized products. Due to the custom nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns.
Refunds
Refunds may be made at the discretion of Executive PrintWorks and are only given when a product’s output does not fall within a reasonable margin of error. For example, a design that is 1mm off from the intended placement may not qualify for a refund, whereas a 5mm difference might.
If approved, refunds will only cover the portion of the purchase price not allocated to materials used in the creation of the product. The percentage refunded will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the order.
